Introduction to MindsetMaker™. In this module, you'll view a 10-minute video introducing the course, hear people talk about some of their challenges in learning, and how they stay motivated to take on challenges, put in the effort, and stick to it when the work becomes difficult. Then you'll complete a short diagnostic "mindset scan" to assess the current motivational profile of your personnel or coworkers, and discuss with colleagues in the forum.
Welcome! The MindsetMaker™ course prepares organizations to support their personnel in developing positive motivation through learning about key research findings in psychology and neuroscience. These key research findings have important applications to an organization's culture and learning environment.
In each module, you'll complete a short diagnostic assessment, view a 10-20 minute video, and discuss the content in the discussion forum. Then you'll select an activity or project to implement using tools provided and share your results in the discussion forum.
